3. Use of Service

PicPet lets you share photos and raise a digital pet with your friends. You grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

4. User Accounts

• You must register for an account using accurate information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. User‑Generated Content

• You retain ownership of photos and messages you share.
• You grant O3O Labs Inc. a license to store and display your content to recipients you choose.
• We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post hate speech, harassment, threats, or any abusive content.
• Share pornography or sexually explicit material.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
